When you decide to move, the Homebinder platform transforms into a valuable sales tool for your realtor and offers significant benefits to potential buyers. With the platform, you can generate a seller's report that showcases various aspects of your home. You also have the option to transfer the binder to the buyers, providing them with comprehensive information about the home's systems and a detailed history of repairs, remodels, and maintenance. Billing for the Home Starter and Essentials plan is a one time fee that includes a one time consultation and set up of the Homebinder Platform.
White Glove plans will be billed annually for the management component of the service. Any services rendered will be billed separately. These services will be billed either directly by Akamai Home or directly to the sub contracted service provider.
